My first practice and learning was reiki. Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing practice that helps your body and mind relax, release stress, and heal naturally.
The word “Reiki” comes from Japanese:
"Rei" means “universal”
"Ki" means “life energy” (the same as “chi” or “prana” in other traditions
A Reiki practitioner gently places their hands on or just above your body and channels healing energy into you. You don’t have to do anything—just lie down and receive.

What to Expect During Your Session:
When you arrive, we begin by gently grounding your energy—helping you return to your body, your breath, and the present moment. The first few minutes are dedicated to calming your nervous system through intuitive conversation and groundwork.
Then, you'll lay down fully clothed for Reiki healing. I channel energy through light touch or hovering hands, intuitively moving and clearing what’s ready to release.

I work with subtle energetic “threads” between your fields, gently untangling blockages, cords, or emotional knots that may be causing miscommunication or disharmony.
